My role as your partner is to deal with issues and provide you with solutions. I'll take the stress off your hands. I'll negotiate with the other agent; communicate with the lawyer, the mortgage consultant, the inspectors, the engineer, the title company, and whomever else necessary and communicate back to you of progress, every step of the way. I will advise you of things to anticipate such that hopefully, there are no surprises. My role is to also counsel and guide you, if requested, in this often confusing and emotional process.
